Brett at Desert Steam transforms grimy carpets to like-new condition and answers urgent calls same-day. One complaint about alleged payment pressure; 98% five-star reviews emphasize his professionalism, friendliness, and straightforward pricing.
Clean Right Southeast operates with a perfect 5-star rating across 28 reviews. Customers consistently report on-time arrival, professional crews, and high-quality results on carpet, hardwood, and restaurant spaces. No complaints appear in the available review pool.
Zerorez delivers consistent, professional carpet cleaning with named technicians who explain their work and arrive on schedule. Most jobs tackle stubborn stains and leave homes smelling fresh. The few drawbacks: one documented no-show cost a customer hours, pet odor treatments sometimes disappoint, and occasional rushed work leaves untreated spots or tracked-in mud. Their Platinum Carpet and Rug Institute certification aligns with reliable results. Customers note the technicians Grant, Jonathan G., Devin, Austin, Chris, and BJ particularly for politeness and care. Older carpet may not restore to factory condition, and urine odor treatments don't always prevent dogs from re-marking spots. Price sits in the middle range for the market.
