Jeremy and his team deliver consistent results on everything from driveways to roofs, showing up on time and keeping customers informed every step. Reviewers regularly note the quality justifies the price, with many becoming repeat clients who appreciate how the exterior transforms after service.
Carpet cleaning draws strong praise when the job arrives on time: reviewers note restored carpets and courteous technicians. But the business has a hard pattern of missed appointments, unreturned calls, and a receptionist who customers describe as consistently rude. Equipment issues (standing water) and defensive responses to complaints compound the damage.
Zach and his team earn consistent praise for showing up promptly, delivering clean results, and treating properties with care. Reviewers return repeatedly and recommend them widely, particularly valuing his quick quotes, honest pricing, and willingness to complete large jobs the same day. The business handles driveways, patios, house soft washing, gutters, window cleaning, and deck work across Shandon and the Midlands. Named staff member Matt also appears in reviews. Customers note Zach works all day when needed, walks through before and after, and communicates clearly about what will be done.
