What do customers say?

Carpet cleaning draws strong praise when the job arrives on time: reviewers note restored carpets and courteous technicians. But the business has a hard pattern of missed appointments, unreturned calls, and a receptionist who customers describe as consistently rude. Equipment issues (standing water) and defensive responses to complaints compound the damage.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
