Finichel's best work earns strong praise: homes shine, and several long-term clients adore them. However, a stark divide emerges in the reviews. The other half report rushed cleaning, management who resists feedback, items broken and not disclosed, and sudden firing after disputes. Reliability is their biggest weakness.
Over two dozen five-star reviews describe a service that rarely slips: staff like Alex, TK, Stephanie, and Brittany respond quickly to concerns and follow up to confirm jobs meet expectations. The business handles offices, homes, and specialized spaces (pools, childcare centers) with equal care, and customers often stay for years.
Customers consistently praise CEA for delivering high-quality painting, drywall, and cleaning work at fair prices. Eduardo and his team stand out for responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to revisit projects until satisfied. Several reviewers note they learned about the company through word-of-mouth and now use them repeatedly. The business handles everything from small touch-ups to major renovations: interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, popcorn ceiling removal, and wood staining. Staff appear by name in reviews (Lesly, Monica, Eduardo, Dennis, Katie). One reviewer noted the cleaning team handles fine details others miss; another praised their work alongside fresh air after doing a deep clean post-renovation. A 40-year former commercial contractor's stepson said CEA matches or exceeds his professional standard.
