Over 478 reviews yield a perfect 5-star average, with 97% five-star ratings. Reviewers consistently credit Todd (the technician) for professional, efficient work that removes stubborn stains and odors better than competitors. The self-contained equipment dries carpets in hours, not days, and the process uses fewer chemicals than conventional methods. Real estate agents specifically call out results that help homes sell.
Oxi Fresh serves Irmo, Batesburg, Blythewood, Chapin, and surrounding areas. Their website lists tile, grout, wood floor, and upholstery services alongside carpet and rug cleaning, plus disinfectant treatments. No pricing is stated in the reviews, but customers mention "great prices" and note fast scheduling (next-day availability reported). Reliability and honesty are repeated themes.
One review credits owner Amanda with meticulous attention and kindness on a cleaning job. A separate complaint from two years ago alleges unsafe driving by company staff. Limited review depth makes broader judgment difficult.
Five-star reviews highlight Tara's eye for detail and professional results, but one-star accounts describe recurring scheduling cancellations, team turnover affecting work quality, and unresponsive communication. Evidence is thin given the age of most reviews.
Contemporary Pool Works builds strong relationships through knowledgeable, attentive staff who diagnose problems quickly and explain solutions clearly. Most customers credit technicians like John, Brandon, and Stefanie for transforming their pool ownership experience, from new builds to complex equipment repairs. The company excels at ongoing maintenance and major renovations but stumbles when scope changes mid-engagement or when customers request small add-on work. A few first-time pool owners report feeling ignored when they needed guidance during routine visits, and unexpected trip charges without clear prior discussion have soured past relationships.
