What do customers say?

Contemporary Pool Works builds strong relationships through knowledgeable, attentive staff who diagnose problems quickly and explain solutions clearly. Most customers credit technicians like John, Brandon, and Stefanie for transforming their pool ownership experience, from new builds to complex equipment repairs.

The company excels at ongoing maintenance and major renovations but stumbles when scope changes mid-engagement or when customers request small add-on work. A few first-time pool owners report feeling ignored when they needed guidance during routine visits, and unexpected trip charges without clear prior discussion have soured past relationships.
