What do customers say?
Most visits leave customers satisfied with fast, reliable cleaning and staff who know them by name. Beth, Jessica, and Sandy are named repeatedly for friendly, professional service and prompt pickups. One long-standing customer lost $100 jeans to a processing error; multiple calls for resolution went unheeded over weeks, turning decades of loyalty into frustration. Pricing draws occasional comment as high, though quality output justifies it for most.</summary>

Most recent reviews praise Matt's speed, knowledge, and fair pricing for repairs and maintenance. Several older complaints describe unresponsive communication and one costly installation mistake, though the company's strong track record with loyal long-term customers suggests improvement or inconsistency in service quality.
