Both reviewers praise Cintas for reliable janitorial and uniform services with minimal disruption to daily operations. Staff are described as consultative and respectful of business schedules.
Purpleduck Cleaning earns consistent five-star reviews for move-out, deep, and regular house cleaning across the Columbia area. Reviewers highlight William's responsiveness, staff like Sandra and Cam who take visible pride in their work, and willingness to tackle same-day bookings, unconventional requests (property photos for out-of-state sellers), and accessibility needs without fuss. The business adapts to customer schedules with no lock-in contracts and follows instructions carefully. Staff check in during and after jobs to confirm satisfaction. One reviewer flagged poor communication, but 39 of 40 recent reviews are five stars, with recurring praise for fresh-smelling homes, sparkling bathrooms, and team members who feel like assets rather than just workers.
Every reviewer gave five stars. Customers report staff who arrive on time, work efficiently, and handle jobs from driveway pressure washing to multi-acre lawn care with care and detail. Pricing comes up repeatedly as reasonable or competitive; one reviewer noted they returned after rain without hesitation. The business manages both cleanup and ongoing maintenance, naming Tony as a consistently praised team member. Reviewers emphasize the team's respectful handling of property and willingness to handle extra requests. No complaints appear across the reviews.
