PreVent consistently delivers dryer vent and air duct cleaning backed by named technicians (Josiah Engelbrecht, Dan, Sean, Adam, Nathan) who document work with photos and explain the process clearly. Customers praise their speed, professionalism, and fair rates; many sign up for yearly service after seeing the condition of their systems.
The business handles specialized work: dryer vent cleaning ($205 noted with annual discounts available), air handler cleaning, crawlspace encapsulation, and vent cover replacement (with 5-year warranty mentioned). Staff proactively address safety issues and leave homes spotless. Repeat bookings and referrals are common.
One review credits owner Amanda with meticulous attention and kindness on a cleaning job. A separate complaint from two years ago alleges unsafe driving by company staff. Limited review depth makes broader judgment difficult.
Every job lands on schedule and in step with what reviewers expect. Staff arrive ready to work, deliver thorough results, and handle homes with visible respect-moving furniture carefully, protecting plants, taking photos to prove the work. Customers name specific team members for their skill and character. Many book the same crew year after year for windows, gutters, decks, and exterior washing because the standard never slips. Services range from standard house and window washing to specialized work: solar panel cleaning, steeple and drone cleaning, roof and gutter work, fence staining, and post-construction cleanup. Teams coordinate so each section of a project checks twice. Reviewers note competitive pricing, seamless scheduling, and frequent photo updates when owners live out of state.
