Every review is five stars. Voila Magic Services impresses with thorough work, clear communication, and willingness to work around client schedules. Corey's team handles office carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, window work, and full commercial cleanups with consistent quality and professionalism.
Reviewers report Merry Maids delivers dependable, thorough cleaning with staff they trust and recognize by name. Customers value the friendly demeanor and consistent arrival times over years of service, though a few have noted incomplete deep cleans and unaddressed special requests. Named cleaners like Michelle, Jessica, Torie, and Rema earn repeated praise for efficiency and care. The business serves residential homes and small offices across Greater Columbia, but occasional lapses in communication and thoroughness on certain jobs signal the need to clarify expectations upfront.
Fresh Clean Wave consistently impresses with thorough work covering often-neglected spots like ceiling fans, blinds, and cabinet interiors. Named staff including Noralba, Yolisma, and Veronica earn repeated praise for care, professionalism, and detail-oriented service. Bi-weekly and deep-clean clients report lasting satisfaction and emotional relief from the quality. Two older complaints cite incomplete first visits and one broken mirror, but the business is largely known for reliability and flexibility when schedules change. The team has served the midlands region since 2014.
